TIPS: Cooking should be 16-18 minutes. Ideal for timbales, rice with sauce and, especially for risottos: try serving the risotto, after letting it “rest” for a few minutes after cooking, with a few thin slices of seasoned goose breast on top (product for sale).
FEATURES: its advantage is that it does not overcook during cooking and the grain does not disintegrate. Due to these characteristics, it is preferred in haute cuisine preparations, but even for less experienced cooks it is a “guarantee of the success”.
